Alfa Power Electric provides electrical contracting services for residential and commercial properties in Southern California. Our services include but are not limited to:
Free Estimates: We provide free estimates for most projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Pricing: All prices quoted are subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during the work. If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we will provide a revised estimate before proceeding.
Deposits: For projects over $1,000, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in your estimate.
Appointments: We make every effort to arrive at scheduled appointment times. However, due to the nature of electrical work, delays may occasionally occur. We will notify you if we expect to be significantly delayed.
Property Access: You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for us to perform the agreed-upon work. This includes access to electrical panels, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas as needed.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We obtain all necessary permits for electrical work as required by local building codes. Permit fees are included in our quoted prices unless otherwise specified. We will schedule required inspections with the local building department. The final inspection must pass before the project is considered complete.
Payment Due: Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of work. For larger projects, we may establish a payment schedule.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and electronic payment methods (Zelle, Venmo).
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 2-year warranty on all labor and workmanship.
Materials Warranty: Materials and equipment are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations by others, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:
